Santa Came Down the Wrong Chimney

Dear Mrs. Claus,

We are not sure what happened...but there has been a horrible accident. We feel terrible. We are not sure how to break this to you...Santa has been injured severely. We were just playing around and it just happened. Grandma tried to help Santa but after she sewed him back together, it just happened again seconds after we were playing again. Please tell all the boys and girls that we are terribly sorry.

Sincerely,

Shipley and Emma

Christmas 2010

We celebrated Christmas with my mom the Wednesday before Christmas and then traveled to my Grandparent's house Christmas eve (my mom's parents) in Stamford, TX and left the day after Christmas. Here are a few pictures of some of the family.
Cousin Kagen. Me and Kagen had a lot of fun playing Linkin Logs together.
Cousin Cheryl and her son, Alex.
 Asleep in Great-Grandpa's arms
 Great-Grandpa
 Cousin Amanda
 Aunt Lynda and Cousin Copper
 Grandma
Ashlyn's gifts from Mommy, Daddy, and Grandma.
We got her a baby Mozart DVD that's supposed to put them to sleep. It works like a charm! She will watch it for a long time (like 15-20 minutes) and then fall asleep. It's so cute!

Ramon with one of his presents- Donky Kong Country
Ashlyn slept through opening her presents
Cousin Braden that was born 5 weeks before Ashlyn.
These pictures are priceless. They are so cute together!

Happy Baby

I finally caught a few pictures of some smiles!

Not sure if this one counts as a smile

 I love this face!

 Stretching in the morning

 Pouting in her sleep

The sun was a little bright for her little eyes. The cutest squint ever.

 Watching TV

She was having a pleasant dream...smiling in her sleep.

We were going for a stroll to get the mail. She loves walks.

Christmas Pictures

We decided to take Christmas pictures as a family. They turned out awesome! She was only 3 weeks old when we took these pictures but she did great. She had her eyes open the whole time and didn't cry once. I think the photographer was pretty amazed.
